Winter Treasure Funfest Terms and Conditions

Wishing Ring Mechanism:

1. Customers who spend over MOP 1,500 or more at designated merchants of Galeries Lafayette Macau can participate in the Wishing Ring game once.

2. Customers can participate in the event by registering as a Fashion-Cue member at the concierge with the on-day shopping receipts. Each person can participate up to 5 times per day.

3. Each member can participate in up to 10 games during the entire event.

4. Guests enter Wishing Ring area to throw the ring, when the ring hangs on the gift box, it means winning. The guest can review the gift number at the bottom of each prop to corresponding the gift.

5. After winning the game, the winner needs to register again and confirm to receive the prize.

 

Terms & Conditions – Galeries Lafayette Macau Cash Voucher for Brand

1. Galeries Lafayette Macau cash voucher carries a face value of MOP100 / MOP300 / MOP500 / MOP1,000 and can only be used for goods and/or services at the “Participating Merchants” within Galeries Lafayette Macau.

2. “Participating Merchants” referred to the merchants listed on the website issued by Galeries Lafayette Macau. Galeries Lafayette Macau reserves the right to update the “Participating Merchants” from time to time without prior notice.

3. Only the original copy of the cash voucher will be accepted. Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted.

4. This cash voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is not for resale.

5. No part of this cash voucher is refundable or redeemable for cash, credit and /or other benefits, offers or discounts. No change or stored credit shall be issued or allowed for any unused amount.

6. This cash voucher can be used once and for a one-time payment only.

7. This cash voucher will not be replaced in case of lost or damaged.

8. Galeries Lafayette Macau is not liable or responsible for the operations of or any aspect of the services and / or products provided by any of the “Participating Merchants” in this promotion.

9. The decision of Galeries Lafayette Macau on all matters relating to or in connection with the cash voucher shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

10. Galeries Lafayette Macau reserves the right to terminate this cash voucher at any time and/or to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

11. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The requirements for Shoppers to redeem points from YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World Hotel, the time of redemption, the rights and benefits of different gift vouchers, and the expiry date of such vouchers shall be subject to the regulations of YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World Hotel. Please note that neither Galeries Lafayette Macau Department Store nor the Company shall be liable for any disputes or damages arising out of or in connection with the Special Privileges.
